This was painted on Deer Island in New Brunswick, Canada. I loved the bright red on the boat, the light and shadow patterns and the reflections in the water. This piece has been accepted into the 2009 American Impressionist Society National Juried Exhibition at Saks Gallery in Denver Colorado. Opening reception October 23rd.
