Hi again! I hope you are all staying safe and well! Just had to share
some very exciting news...I was very shocked and honored to be asked to
film an instructional painting video for Streamline Videos under their
Liliedahl label! I just returned from Texas where I spent three days
filming with their amazing crew. Check out some of the photos below!
The working title of the video is "Painting the Effects of Light." The
tentative release date is November 6th, just in time for the holidays!
Streamline Video, which is owned by Streamline Publishing, the
publisher of both Plein Air Magazine and Fine Art Connoisseur, will be
offering a pre-release discount on my video. To receive the pre-release
notification, you can sign up here:

Tomorrow night, Tuesday September 29th, from 6 to 8 pm I'll be giving a
painting demonstration as part of the opening events for "Auburn
Strokes Plein Air," an inaugural plein air event in Auburn, Nebraska.
The demo will be outdoors at the open air barn, Nemaha County
Fairgrounds, in Auburn. Click here
for more information
about this event. Hope to see you there!
Thank you as always for taking time to read this newsletter...your
support and your friendship mean more than you know, especially in such
extraordinary times. I promise to continue to do what I can to bring a
little beauty and joy to our world, and hopefully lift our collective
spirits in the process. Stay safe, be well and my best to you and your
loved ones always.

Front Porch Hollyhocks - 8x6 oil
This little 8x6 oil was painted on location on Mackinac Island in
Michigan in August. What a beautiful place! Hubby and I went for an
artist retreat with the American Impressionist Society. It was SO nice
to see friends and to paint together, socially distanced outdoors - a
great respite for us all!
